Brown Butter CreatIONS

Head baker, Marika Esteves-Smith, grew up in a family with a major sweet tooth, where no dinner was complete without dessert. When dining out, she always asks for the dessert menu first to determine if she should save room for a sweet treat. That passion for dessert, turned into a passion for baking. She has a decade of experience in different areas of the food industry. At every event, holiday, or family gathering she is responsible for bringing a variety of desserts. For years, friends and family encouraged her to go into business, so finally in 2018 Brown Butter Creations came to be.

Charlie Bar Treats

Charlie Bars Organic Dog Treats are made with human-grade, high quality USDA Organic ingredients, and baked with love for dogs of all breeds. The ingredients are: organic peanut butter, flour, milk, and a pinch of baking powder. They are packaged in gift-ready biodegradable cellophane, and they're available for shipping to the lower 48 states. They are available for vendor events and wholesale orders as well.

As with any batch of cookies, there are bound to be some that don't quite make the cut of what they send out to customers, but they taste just as delicious as picture-perfect treats to the doggies. They take their broken or otherwise not-so-perfect Charlie Bars and send them to pups in need.

Blue Chip Creamery

Matt and Cristina first met in the Spring of 2015 - with their own busy schedules and Cristina being from Malden, MA and Matt from New Hartford, CT they made sure that every minute they spent together was simply sweet! Their dates and weekends together always included ice cream. From the Northshore of Massachusetts to Cape Cod to Litchfield Hills they took it upon themselves to find and try the very best ice cream that New England had to offer.
